What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and develop a mid and moderately complex group of agency assignments to optimize growth potential
- Prospect for new business and appoint new agents while exceeding growth and profit objectives
- Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
- Conduct agency diagnostics and develop strategic marketing plans to identify opportunities and challenges
- Provide support and training to agents on Travelers\' products, services, and systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
- Five years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and the ability to assess agency operations
- Advanced relationship management and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment

- Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
- Advanced ability to influence sales and advise agents
- Intermediate technical savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proven resilience in achieving outcomes with minimal direction
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
