A leading legal technology company in Ann Arbor is seeking a Partnerships & Alliances Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through the sales of partnership products. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in legal tech or SaaS, and a strong understanding of AI-driven legal solutions. This role offers flexibility in work-life balance and competitive compensation.
As a Partnership & Alliances Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of current and future partnership products to small law firms (SLF) of one to ten attorneys. This quota-carrying role requires a proactive seller who can both source new opportunities and collaborate with territory owners to close partnership deals.
In this role as a Sales Executive, Partnerships & Alliances, you will:
Prospect and qualify SLF firms for partnership products using defined criteria
Execute full-cycle sales motions, including discovery, demos, and closing
Partner with SLF territory owners to identify and support partnership opportunities
Maintain deep product knowledge of Supio, Syncly, and other partnership offerings
Use Salesforce tagging and enablement tools to track and manage opportunities
Collaborate with Supio and Syncly teams for technical support and onboarding coordination
Represent TR in co-selling motions and transition to independent selling as enablement matures
You're a fit for the role of Sales Executive, Partnerships & Alliances, if your background includes:
2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in legal tech or SaaS
Familiarity with personal injury and mass tort firm workflows
Strong understanding of AI-driven legal solutions and document intelligence
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate cross-functionally
Experience with Salesforce, virtual demos, and remote selling
Quota attainment and pipeline growth
Partner engagement and deal velocity
Enablement certification completion and product fluency

In the United States, Thomson Reuters offers a comprehensive benefits package described above, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and additional voluntary benefits. The target total cash compensation range for eligible US locations is $128,100 - $237,900, inclusive of base pay and target incentives.
