Job description
What to Expect


  • Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers

  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative sales techniques

  • Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations

  • Demonstrate online products and participate in pre-sales calls using web-based tools

  • Log call information, sales orders, and activity accurately within the CRM system



What is Required


  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience

  • Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment

  • Strong sales process and negotiation skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.com
