Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This is an incredible opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional in the San Francisco area with a background in industrial territory sales or project management.

This remote/in-the-field role centers on incorporating mechanical systems into large-scale construction initiatives—including airports, higher education facilities, semiconductor plants, research institutions, EV infrastructure, and more. Day-to-day you would present to executive teams and collaborate with mechanical engineers. You will have plenty of internal support as the project is completed.

A key aspect of the position is building and sustaining relationships with mechanical engineers and other Owner stakeholders. The company encourages active client engagement through networking events including happy hours, events, sporting activities and more! There will be minimal overnight travel.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, general contracting, or MEP engineering firms is
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction
  • Must reside in the San Francisco, CA area and be willing to travel throughout the region
  • Bachelor’s degree required
