MISSION: Responsible for growing the customer base of the assigned segment/s and a defined set of accounts for the Hotels in the area. Attract, develop and retain B2B accounts and carry out the actions defined in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives in the hotels Business Plans.

Note: Limited contract position for one year

Your Tasks
  • Assists the DOS/AsDOS in the preparation of budgets for the assigned segment and/or markets and sectors and in the preparation of the hotel Business Plans
  • Monitors and reports the achievement of objectives with the accounts/areas/segments under their direct responsibility coordinating the monitoring of the latter with the Sales Managers of each segment
  • Implements the actions defined in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the segment, geographic area or sectors assigned to their portfolio
  • Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department
  • Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations

  • You have a successful completed degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar fiel

  • You are fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus
