Job summary

Gravie, based in Boston, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business for Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. You will execute a disciplined sales process, build strong broker relationships, and hit territory targets.

You will collaborate with internal teams to quote, underwrite, and onboard clients, maintain a robust pipeline in CRM, and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.

Overview:

The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships.
