Job summary

Gravie is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business for Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. You will execute a disciplined sales process, maintain broker engagement, and hit sales targets within a defined territory.

You will develop relationships with regional brokers, tailor compelling presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
• Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
