• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.

• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• 5 years of experience in inside or outside business‑to‑business sales -.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Driver's License Required.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically $55,000- $140,000. This range includes BOTH base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
