Job description

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Healthcare division. In this strategic and client-facing role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and renewals within our healthcare returns and recall solutions portfolio. You will work closely with both existing pharmaceutical manufacturer clients and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that align with Inmar’s goals, the client's strategic goals, and industry trends.


The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with a passion for solving client challenges, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, long pipeline management, and complex negotiations.


Primary Accountabilities:

Client Strategy & Growth (50%)

  • Manage and expand current healthcare solution accounts, with a focus on client retention and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with leadership on client strategy and value realization
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Develop solution strategies that support client objectives and profitability
  • Partner with Product Management to relay client feedback and suggest solution enhancements
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure alignment with client needs

Strategic Leadership (30%)

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and innovations impacting healthcare and reverse logistics
  • Achieve deep product expertise to confidently present and demo solutions throughout the sales cycle
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies that leverage Inmar’s solution capabilities
  • Align internal teams to support strategic objectives and ensure successful implementation

Operational Excellence (20%)

  • Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce records
  • Manage travel and expenses within company policy
  • Support team and organizational goals through collaboration and initiative

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
    3+ years of consultative sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
