Job summary

Altruist is seeking a Sales Executive to join its Client Development team. You will build a deep understanding of the Altruist platform and position its capabilities to financial advisors through consultative selling, guiding them from discovery to closing and ongoing expansion.

You will help create scalable growth by gathering advisor feedback, meeting SLAs, and partnering with product and marketing to drive adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to understand complex product features.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results while meeting quarterly and annual quotas.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Altruist platform and articulate its value.
• Use consultative selling to educate advisors and guide them through the buying process.
• Capture advisor feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and continually improve team processes.
• Demonstrate coachability and a growth mindset.
