Job Title: EMS Sales Executive (Remote - Michigan Only)

*This is a remote position open to candidates who currently reside in Michigan. Applications from individuals outside of Michigan will not be considered.*

We are seeking a passionate EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Sales Executive who will serve as a trusted advisor, driving business growth and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect Handling:
  • Utilize tools like CRM and JIRA to manage prospect profiles and communications efficiently.
  • Conduct engaging online demonstrations of NBS software to captivate prospects.
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate Terms of Service and Business Associate Agreements, and manage order creation with management approval.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, addressing questions and providing updates.
  • Client Relationships:
    • Ensure client satisfaction and enthusiasm with our services.
    • Upsell existing clients through online demonstrations of additional features.
    • Keep client information current in sales tools for seamless communication.
  • Business Relations:
    • Travel to 8-10 tradeshows annually, set up booths, and engage with clients and prospects.
    • Develop relationships with EMS industry leaders to leverage insights and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with vendors on projects, partnerships, and integrations.
  • Research, Development, & Maintenance:
    • Assist in setting sales KPIs, defining target audiences, and generating leads.
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Ensure the demosite is updated and ready for presentations.
    • Continuously review and improve sales processes.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Partner with vendors on marketing initiatives.
    • Contribute to sales materials like flyers and email templates.

    • Experience in EMS industry and understanding of its challenges.
    • Excellent at understanding client needs and crafting tailored strategies.
    • Comfortable communicating with clients at all organizational levels.
    • Outgoing, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • EMS experience is REQUIRED.
    • Outgoing, positive personality with a passion for energizing clients.
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
    • Strong problem-solving, networking, and presentation skills.
    • 2+ years in sales, training, or customer service preferred.
    • Experience in consultative selling, B2B, and software demos is a plus.
    • Ability to build and maintain executive relationships.
    • Willingness to travel across the country for conferences and tradeshows (8+ per year).
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.
