Employee Benefits Sales Producer – Employee Benefits Client Advisor
Position Overview

While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you are also empowered to help clients with personal lines insurance, employee benefits, 401(k) and related retirement solutions, and payroll & HR outsourcing solutions. Our Client Advisors Responsibilities
  • Identify, solicit, and close new Employee Benefits business
  • Utilize cold calls, prospecting emails, mail, associations, and networking to develop new business
  • Identify opportunities to offer all of World’s solutions beyond employee benefits
  • Assess exposures, recommend solutions, and create custom programs
  • Expand existing client accounts
  • Drive account retention and manage renewals
Employee Benefits Client Advisors Requirements
  • 3-5+ years experience in insurance brokerage or carrier
  • Personable, motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Strong listening skills and customer focus
  • Consultative approach with a positive attitude
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and sales platforms like BenefitPoint and HubSpot
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication and attention to detail
  • Discretion with sensitive information
Compensation

Base salary plus commissions, with a range of $80,000 to $200,000+ depending on experience and performance. The salary grows with your book of business, offering significant earning potential.
