Job Title: Sales Executive, Capsule - Clinical Insights & Informatics - Enterprise Informatics (West US)

Job Description

As the Sales Executive for Enterprise Informatics, you will be responsible for selling our Clinical Insights & Informatics (CI&I) - Capsule Portfolio into new Health Systems within your assigned territory, which includes parts of NV, UT, CO, NM, MT, WY, and OK.

Your role:

  1. Research targeted accounts to understand their challenges, metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategies, developing objectives and strategies accordingly.
  2. Collaborate with your team—including District Sales VP, Account Executives, and Specialists—to create detailed account strategies and coach the sales team to meet customer expectations throughout the sales process.
  3. Effectively present Philips Health Informatics strategy and build relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
  4. Become a Trusted Advisor by providing insights on industry trends, the competitive landscape, healthcare legislation, and more, to help accounts achieve their goals.
  5. Identify growth opportunities by analyzing competitive replacement targets, account standardization plans, current contracts, and understanding our solutions to expand Philips imaging informatics footprint.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a minimum of a four-year college degree and 5+ years of hospital/IDN field sales experience, preferably calling on C-level and clinical informatics leadership.
  • You possess a strong understanding of Enterprise Imaging Informatics, Healthcare IT market trends, and value-based healthcare trends.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, demonstrated customer follow-up, and experience selling diverse IT solutions, especially in enterprise imaging informatics.
  • You have experience leading account teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • You are experienced in selling into complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • You can meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for this sales position, with or without accommodations.

How we work together

We believe in collaboration. For office-based teams, this means working onsite at least 3 days a week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in company facilities, while field roles are primarily outside of main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $260,500 to $306,000 annually, plus company vehicle, based on performance (85%-120%). Total compensation includes base salary, incentives, and benefits such as PTO, 401k, HSA, stock purchase, and education reimbursement. Details are available here.

Additional Information

US work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not available. Relocation benefits are not provided; residence within or near the territory is required.
