Description
Bitcoin Mentor is seeking dynamic Sales Executives in North America and Australia to drive growth for our Bitcoin self-custody service. We need passionate individuals who champion Bitcoin’s core principles—self-custody, decentralization, and financial sovereignty—and excel at closing deals to forge strategic partnerships.
Success in this role is likely to be achieved by those who are on the ground, selling business-to-business (B2B) to organizations and communities, using a one-to-many approach, rather than focusing on one-to-one business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
Note that there is no requirement to deliver the services sold.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure B2B partnerships with organizations, businesses, associations, and communities to create high-volume lead funnels, prioritizing one-to-many outreach strategies.
Proactively generate and close leads through on-the-ground B2B sales efforts, leveraging innovative strategies and established networks.
Engage Bitcoin-focused and adjacent communities, forums, social platforms, and events to drive interest and conversions, emphasizing group-oriented pitches over individual sales.
Leverage personal and professional networks (online and offline) to connect with businesses, high-net-worth groups, and potential self-custody adopters.
Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation and partnership strategies, consistently meeting ambitious performance targets.
Qualifications
Exceptional selling skills, with a proven ability to close deals, convert prospects into clients, and drive measurable revenue growth, particularly in B2B settings.
Deep understanding of Bitcoin and a strong commitment to self-custody principles (“not your keys, not your coins”).
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or partnership-building with quantifiable results, ideally in one-to-many B2B sales environments.
Self-starter mindset with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on high-impact opportunities.
Outstanding networking skills, transforming connections into robust pipelines for growth.
Excellent communication skills, capable of pitching Bitcoin self-custody to diverse audiences, from organizational leaders to community groups.
Preferred Skills
Active involvement in Bitcoin or related communities (online or in-person).
Proficiency with CRMs, cold outreach, or digital marketing tools tailored for B2B sales.
Ability to articulate Bitcoin’s value proposition in a compelling, conversion-driven way for business audiences.
Compensation
25% of the total value of the packages sold.
Packages range from $1,100 to $5,995.
