What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Relentless Hunting: Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close net-new enterprise accounts. You are the tip of the spear for our revenue organization, focused entirely on opening new doors at top-tier AI companies.
• Self-Sufficient Execution: Be fully hands-on. While you will have cross-functional support, you do not wait for it. You are perfectly comfortable drafting your own pitches, spinning up your own slide decks, and driving the commercial narrative without hand-holding.
• Deep Technical Selling: Engage directly with AI researchers, VP-level engineers, and technical founders. You will act as a peer, speaking fluently about model training bottlenecks, dataset curation, and RLHF workflows.
• Always on the Field: Maintain a massive external presence. You will live where our clients live—attending industry events, flying to client headquarters, and building relationships face-to-face.
• High-Velocity Deal Management: Drive complex, multi-million dollar deals from initial contact to closed-won at an exceptional pace. You know how to create urgency, navigate enterprise procurement, and crush your quotas.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Targeted Experience: 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, with a mandatory background at a top AI Data lab or a major AI tech giant selling complex technical solutions.
• The Hunter Mentality: You possess a proven, verifiable track record of exceeding revenue targets through net-new logo acquisition. You are a natural networker and an aggressive prospector.
• AI Domain Mastery: You have a deep, functional understanding of the modern AI data lifecycle. You can confidently white-board solutions for Supervised Fine-Tuning, Reinforcement Learning, and complex annotation.
• Speed and Agility: You are a super-fast executor who refuses to let internal bottlenecks slow down a deal. You get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to win.
• Executive Presence: You are charismatic, persuasive, and commanding. You have the gravitas to challenge C-level executives and the charm to build lasting partnerships.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from$150,000.00 to$231,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
