The Role: First Sales Executive, North America

You’ll be the driving force behind Gathid in the U.S., building pipeline, closing deals, influencing product strategy, and setting the standard for how Gathid is positioned in a very noisy identity market. You’ll be helping enterprises that already have a mix of Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, or custom legacy identity stacks realize the true context of their identity landscape.

This is more than a quota-carrying role, it’s a foundational commercial leadership opportunity to shape Gathid’s success in the most important identity market in the world.

  • You are a trusted advisor to CISOs, identity architects, and compliance leaders, with strong existing relationships you can activate.
  • You bring a consultative sales approach grounded in expertise, not just charisma.
  • You’ve sold IAM, IGA, PAM, Zero Trust, or Identity Posture solutions, and know your way around a complex buying committee.
  • You understand the gaps traditional tools leave behind, and are excited to sell something truly differentiated.
  • You know how to position new tech alongside, not against, legacy investments.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate, manage, and close 5-6 figure enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Cultivate relationships with CISOs, Identity Architects, IAM Directors, and risk and compliance leaders across enterprises typically ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 employees, and in some cases, well into the Fortune 500.
  • Translate complex identity problems into clear business cases that show the value of Gathid’s identity digital twin and daily compliance model.
  • Work closely with the CEO, CMO and Head of Product and Customer Success to refine U.S. messaging, roadmap prioritization, and strategic GTM execution.
  • Engage and recruit partners, resellers, and alliances to extend Gathid’s reach in the U.S. identity ecosystem.
  • Set the blueprint for future hires, you are our lighthouse hire.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience selling identity security solutions - IGA, IAM, CIAM, or adjacent categories.
  • Deep knowledge of the identity ecosystem: Microsoft Entra and Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, etc
  • History of success building or scaling U.S. presence for early-stage, high-growth startups or new product division.
  • Proven hunter with a track record of executing pipeline from $1M to $5M+.
  • Comfortable working solo and remotely, but thrives on collaboration with technical founders and early teammates.
  • Confidence, storytelling, and curiosity. You’re someone people want to buy from.
