Are you a dynamic individual contributor with a passion for driving business growth in the logistics and warehouse management sector? Meson Logistic Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive – U.S. to spearhead our expansion and strengthen our market presence in the region. We're open to applicants from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the U.S. market.
  2. Identify and build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  3. Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to position Meson as a preferred solutions provider.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidates should demonstrate an established and influential network within the U.S. market, capable of generating high-quality leads and opening doors to new business opportunities.
  • We are seeking candidates with a deep-rooted understanding of sectors such as retail solutions, logistics solutions, AIDC technologies and logistics equipment. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be considered a significant advantage, further enhancing your ability to navigate the complexities of warehousing and logistics operations.
  • We value a robust track record of relevant industry experience over formal academic qualifications, emphasizing the importance of hands-on success and practical knowledge in driving business results.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in solution selling and technology-driven sales is a plus.
