We are looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Greater Seattle market.
This is a true new-business B2B sales role. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, prospecting for new clients, conducting onsite facility assessments, presenting customized solutions, and closing recurring-service contracts.

What You'll Do
New Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted B2B prospecting, including outbound calls, emails, networking, industry events, and onsite business engagement.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients within your protected territory.
- Identify decision-makers and develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other key contacts.
- Conduct proactive outreach and follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Research businesses and identify opportunities where City Wide's services can provide value.
Facility Assessments & Sales
- Conduct onsite facility surveys to understand each prospect's needs, challenges, and service requirements.
- Develop customized proposals and facility solutions based on each prospect's needs.
- Present solutions clearly and professionally to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contract terms and close new recurring-service agreements.
- Understand pricing, measurements, cleaning rates, percentages, and other components necessary to develop accurate proposals.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed weekly expectations for outbound activity, building survey appointments, proposals, and closed business.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Microsoft Dynamics, including prospect activity, opportunity stages, new accounts, notes, and forecasting information.
- Stay organized and consistently follow up on opportunities to move prospects through the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive pricing, industry trends, and City Wide's full range of facility solutions.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Facility Solutions Managers and Operations to ensure a smooth transition from new sale to client onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Represent City Wide professionally at networking events, trade associations, community functions, and client meetings.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and demonstrate consistent communication and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience.
- B2B outside sales experience preferred, particularly in new-business, service-based, or recurring-revenue sales.
- Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and generating self-sourced opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work with pricing, measurements, percentages, and margins.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
This is an active outside sales position that requires regular travel throughout your assigned territory.
- Ability to walk commercial facilities and conduct onsite assessments.
- Ability to climb stairs and navigate a variety of indoor commercial environments.
- Ability to work in different facility environments, including offices, industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, medical facilities, and retail locations.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory on a regular basis.
