Overview

We're expanding our sales team and hiring three experienced Sales Executives to drive new business in high-value logistics verticals. This fully remote role includes a structured 90-day onboarding plan focused on growth, accountability, and long-term success.

What You'll Do
  • Build a portfolio of 10–20 active accounts (~$5K GP/month each).
  • Target high-value freight: project cargo, oversized, chemicals, AOG, expedited.
  • Deliver measurable results by day 90: $50K GP/month OR a clear, data-driven path.
  • Maintain consistent updates on pipeline growth.
Compensation

Commission Only – unlimited earning potential:

  • Year 1: 8% GP | Year 2: 6% GP | Year 3+: 4% GP (volume-based).
Interview Process
  1. Intro call
  2. Submit 30/60/90 plan
  3. Final call (review goals & fit) — completed within 2 weeks.
