Job Description

This role is based in our Boca Raton or New York City office.

Your Impact

As our Sales Executive, you’ll ignite connections, drive revenue, and help shape the future of longevity medicine education. You’ll report to the Sales Director and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure best‑in‑class customer service and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across multiple flagship events (A4M BHRT, Women’s Health Summit, Cognition360, and related programs).
  • Own and convert inbound leads while crafting targeted outbound campaigns to build new business pipelines.
  • Cultivate long‑term relationships with healthcare brands, solution providers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the portfolio as a first point of contact for prospective sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business to meet and exceed individual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations to manage booth allocation and exhibit hall floorplans.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and promote aligned products and service offerings across the portfolio.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, proposals sent, and closed revenue.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience; experience selling sponsorships, media, or exhibitions is highly preferred.
  • A self‑starter with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Confident communicator with a professional presence across phone, video, and in‑person interactions.
  • Highly organized and results‑oriented, with strong CRM and reporting skills (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Passionate about healthcare innovation, education, or the wellness/longevity space.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Benefits
  • Great community: a welcoming culture with in‑person and online social events, our fantastic Walk the World charity day and active colleague groups and networks promoting a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
  • Broader impact: take up to four days per year to volunteer, with charity match funding available too
  • Career opportunity: the opportunity to develop your career with bespoke training and learning, mentoring platforms and on‑demand access to thousands of courses on LinkedIn Learning. When it’s time for the next step, we encourage and support internal job moves
  • Time out: 15 days PTO rising to 20 after three years and 25 after six years, plus 10 national holidays, a birthday leave day and the chance to work from (almost!) anywhere for up to four weeks a year
  • Competitive benefits, including a 401k match, health, vision and dental insurance, parental leave and an ESPP offering company shares at a minimum 15% discount
  • Strong wellbeing support through EAP assistance, mental health first aiders, free access to a wellness app and more
  • Recognition for great work, with global awards and kudos programs
  • As an international company, the chance to collaborate with teams around the world
