Our client is a certified PEO with over 18 years in business. They are seeking an Outside Sales Executive with a successful track record in HCM or Payroll Sales. You can excel in this role if you are a metrics-driven individual contributor.

(This role does not involve managing a team).

Qualifications/Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Current/recent 2-5 years of consultative B2B sales experience
• Ability to generate your own leads
• Experience selling Human Capital Management and/or Payroll Systems (MUST HAVE)
• Have earned awards such as Presidents Club
• Home Office

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your network and establish new opportunities
• Research and create prospecting lists for potential clients
• Schedule appointments to present services to decision-makers
• Manage the full sales process, including discovery, needs analysis, proposal presentation, technology demos, negotiations, and closing
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Salary: Base salary $85-$100K + commissions, and quarterly company bonuses
