WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Lead key commercial operations projects critical to growing revenue performance
  • Lead key Sales Excellence initiatives across Systems Protection
  • Closely partner with Channel and Direct sales leaders to implement processes to digitize the collaboration through the salesforce.com eco-system across nVent sales, rep agencies, and distributors
  • Develop playbooks that act as the foundation to manage processes predictably and consistently
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing team and product specialists to improve our lead generation and lead management processes and programs, to support market growth
  • Owner of key Salesforce.com adoption metrics Driving initiatives across all sales teams to increase adoption and benefits for the sales organization
  • Driving the implementation of key sales processes: TABS, account business planning, pipeline
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or applicable experience
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in business process optimization roles with a focus on commercial sales/sales operations
  • Ideally, 5+ years’ experience in sales process, sales support, or sales excellence
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time on average - A valid driver's licence is required
  • Experience working with a CRM, specifically, Salesforce, and internal sales programs
  • Experience in the engagement with manufacturing reps and distributors
  • Strong interpersonal skills in collaboration and communication in a sophisticated matrix organization
  • Cross-cultural skills to successfully drive global engagement with all sales teams High level of decision-making ability, balancing customers’ needs and company objectives Strong organization skills and the ability to handle a diverse and significant workload
  • Strong skills in making formal presentations to groups Ability to analyze customer information into potential trends and opportunities

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

$105,000.00 - $195,000.00
