Job description
Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong background in program management, analytical skills, and business partnership. This role supports the Surface Commercial sales and go-to-market strategy, driving operational excellence for a newly created global team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the effective execution of the Surface business by building reports, monitoring performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and driving corrective actions in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sales, GTM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Review and approve contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
  • Approve project and work breakdown structures.
  • Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
  • Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls, and costs against potential budget overruns, and offer solutions.
  • Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client, and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Minimum 8 years of analytical skills including data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in Power BI.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business partnership, sales strategy, and process discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field is required.
  • Experience with enterprise applications is a plus.

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.00/hr.
