Job summary

Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Florida is seeking a Sales Event Associate to support the grand opening. You will market the Erickson lifestyle, analyze prospect viability, and plan 25–300 attendee events monthly, delivering a welcoming environment in the Sales Office.

Ideal candidates bring sales/marketing experience, comfort with long sales cycles, and strong technology skills to manage reports and data entry using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) strongly desired.
• Proven technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming environment for prospective residents and visitors in the Sales Office.
• Manage clerical and administrative tasks for day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Assist with creating/updating documents and reports in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• File and retrieve financial records, check requests, documents and reports.
• Generate inbound and outbound leads and convert web leads.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of engaging events for prospects (25–300 attendees).
• Coordinate with multiple departments and outside vendors to ensure a best-in-class event experience.

We are seeking a Sales Event Associate to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. In this key role, you will market the Erickson lifestyle to prospective residents, analyze business metrics to assess prospect viability, and determine the best next steps in the sales and marketing process. This role also requires a creative thinker who can plan, organize, and execute multiple events each month, hosting anywhere from 25 to 300 prospects at a time.

Compensation: Starting at $23.50 per hour plus eligibility for bonus and commissions.

How you will make an impact

• Provide a warm, welcoming environment for prospective and existing residents, and all visitors in the Sales Office on a daily basis.
• Perform and manage clerical and administrative responsibilities for day-to-day operations and scheduling for the department.
• Assist with creating and/or updating documents and reports using various software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce data entry.
• File and retrieve financial records, check requests, documents and reports.
• Responsible for Inbound and Outbound lead generation, as well as web lead conversions.
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of engaging events for prospects.
• Work hand in hand with multiple departments within the community to prepare for community events.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to provide a best in class experience for event attendees.
