Molly Maid is hiring an Estimator to quote cleaning services, meet warm leads in their home or over the phone, and grow with a trusted brand. You’ll be trained in our proven sales process and our unique culture.

This full-time role offers a guaranteed wage of $20–$25 per hour, with bonuses up to $10,000 annually. You’ll have a company car during the workday, a 4% 401(k) match, paid time off, and a clear path for advancement. No nights, no weekends, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, sales or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales.
• Support operations – your knowledge of customers helps maintain satisfaction.
