Job summary

Kelleher Davis Contracting LLC in Nevada is seeking a Sales / Estimator to support growth across Southern Nevada. This client-facing role focuses on generating new business, preparing detailed estimates, and closing contracts for commercial and residential roofing and exterior repainting projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in roofing/ exterior repainting sales, can read drawings, negotiate, and manage HOA and commercial accounts, with a focus on accuracy and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or residential roofing and/or exterior repainting sales or estimating.
• Knowledge of HOA and commercial property maintenance environments.
• Ability to estimate, negotiate, and close construction projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in estimating software preferred, experience in Raken is a plus.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong organization, time management, and self-motivation.
• OSHA 10 Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HOA boards, property managers, and commercial clients.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate project scope and conditions.
• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Present proposals, follow up, and close sales.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations and Project Management for smooth handoff.
• Track leads, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems.
• Represent the company as a professional industry contact.

Kelleher Davis Contracting is seeking a Sales / Estimator to support continued growth across Southern Nevada. This is a client-facing, revenue-driven role focused on generating new business, preparing accurate estimates, and closing contracts.

We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in roofing and/or exterior repainting who can manage a territory, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into awarded work.

Our projects include HOAs, commercial properties, apartment communities, medical facilities, and light industrial assets, where responsiveness, accuracy, and trust are essential.

Key Responsibilities
