What We Look For in Future Sales Engineer Hires
We regularly seek professionals with:
Pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS or EdTech
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud environments, or cybersecurity fundamentals
Comfort presenting technical solutions to school district leaders and IT administrators
Experience supporting Account Executives with demos, discovery, and RFPs
Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, cloud platforms, and ticketing systems
Who You Are
A confident communicator with technical depth and customer empathy
Energized by fast-paced team collaboration and the opportunity to support mission-driven solutions
Comfortable adapting messaging across technical and non-technical audiences
Curious and solutions-focused, with a desire to make a tangible difference in K–12 education
Organized, accountable, and motivated in a remote-first environment
