We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineering Manager to join our Sales Engineering team, reporting to the Director of Sales Engineering. This role is remote-friendly for candidates located in New York or New Jersey.

Responsibilities
  • Hire and develop the sales engineering team.
  • Refine sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
  • Develop and deliver product and solution demonstrations.
  • Support responses to RFPs by presenting recommendations and benefits to clients.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in sales or systems engineering, with at least 5 years managing a sales engineering team.
  • Experience selling network security technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Participation in regional industry events as a subject matter expert.
  • Experience with major accounts.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $149,625 to $213,750 USD, excluding bonuses, commissions, or equity. We offer comprehensive benefits including health plans, paid time off, parental leave, retirement options, education reimbursement, and in-office perks.
