What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Hire and develop the sales engineering team to enhance performance
- Refine sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
- Develop customer proposals and deliver product and solution demonstrations
- Provide advice and support in response to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to client expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering
- At least 5 years of experience managing and directing a sales engineering team
- Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
