What You’ll Do

  • Work remotely in a Western US state.
  • Generate and qualify leads for subsequent development. This includes delivering technical presentations to engineering firms, conducting face-to-face meetings, and attending industry meetings, conferences, and committee meetings.
  • Manage the business development effort.
  • With the support of management, define and execute sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed annual sales plans and quotas.
  • Perform key account planning to identify, develop, and close business opportunities aligned with the business plan and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain favorable business relationships with key accounts (consulting engineers, general contractors, and certified applicators).
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the technical solutions offered by Fyfe’s Tyfo FRP products and services.
  • Conduct sales calls and deliver product/service presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Review and understand bid documents for opportunities within the territory. Provide input into the design process, optimize pricing, and develop relationships to acquire and execute profitable orders.
  • Develop technical specifications that support product positioning, ensure proper bidding requirements, and enable successful project completion.
  • Fully utilize company CRM (SalesForce) to provide accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Generate market and competitor intelligence and perform market analysis to drive territory sales growth.
  • Spearhead customer service management and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure prompt investigation of client concerns and provide problem resolution or referral to appropriate personnel.
  • Remain current on sales performance and provide sales reports as required.
  • Provide ongoing status reports, including factored sales forecasts, orders reports, and backlog reports.

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $130,000.00. Eligible to participate in Henkel’s Sales Incentive Plan, paid quarterly. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
