Job summary

Emerson is seeking an entry-level Sales Trainee in the United States, with training across product applications and sales processes. You will support regional sales teams, develop customer relationships, and participate in trade shows while learning to use sales tools.

After training you will manage your own territory, build partnerships, and apply strategies to grow the business. A company vehicle and performance-based bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required and zero years of related experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn product applications and complete training courses.
• Support regional sales and develop customer relationships.
• Participate in trade shows and professional societies.
• Perform inside sales duties and assist with project planning.
• Exposure to sales tools used regionally.
• Build communication and presentation skills.
• After training, manage your own sales territory and build strategic partnerships.
