Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer Trainee for the Houston, TX territory. The program combines a 6-month in-depth training at our Oxford, CT headquarters with exposure to divisions nationwide, culminating in a field sales role.

Upon completion, you will manage an assigned territory and a home base, traveling ~50% to meet customer needs, primarily OEMs and distributors, backed by a strong engineering and business education foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or Business.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong social and interpersonal skills to support external sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Sell RBC Bearings products directly to OEMs and industrial distributors.
• Travel within the sales territory approximately 50% of the time.
