Responsibilities
  • Assist the field sales team in achieving financial objectives and retaining customers
  • Establish close working relationships with end-user customers to address their technical needs
  • Provide technical presentations and training to customers and partners
  • Manage project development for proof of concept and product evaluations
  • Participate in RFP proposals and provide pre-sales technical support for product inquiries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales support experience in the information technology or manufacturing industry, preferably in the data center sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information across multiple departments
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and audit processes
  • Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD design and modeling software
  • Strong desire to engage in customer-facing meetings and product demonstrations
  • Proven organizational and planning skills
