About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in power supply, thermal management, and battery solutions. You’ll be responsible for both maintaining long-term client relationships and developing new business opportunities. We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, integrity, and follow-through who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer engagement from design through production for power, thermal, and battery systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support product qualification and technical validation.
  • Partner with local sales teams to build and execute strategic plans for key product offerings.
  • Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed about new products and technology trends.
  • Promote Sager Custom Solutions and drive design wins for power and battery systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with rep groups, manufacturers, and regional teams.
  • Use our CRM system to accurately track opportunities and customer interactions.
  • Attend supplier and service center training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
  • Contribute to strategic growth plans for key accounts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in design engineering is a strong plus.
  • At least 2 years of proven success in sales or promotion of power, thermal, and/or battery products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$120,000 - $165,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
