Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in industrial manufacturing, finishing operations, or related industries required.
• Experience with abrasive finishing processes preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Ability to travel across the Pittsburgh/Eastern Ohio territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the Pittsburgh and Eastern Ohio territory.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend finishing solutions and equipment.
• Conduct customer visits, facility walk-throughs, and technical presentations.
• Build long-term relationships with engineers, managers, and purchasing personnel.
• Generate quotes, proposals, and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project implementation.
• Attend industry events and demonstrations as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends and finishing technologies.
