What to Expect

• Act as the primary technical expert for a dedicated group of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), empowering them to identify expansion opportunities within their customer portfolios.
• Proactively collaborate with CSMs and customers to uncover unmet data needs and articulate solutions that Fivetran can provide.
• Conduct tailored technical deep-dives and presentations for existing customers, demonstrating Fivetran's capabilities.
• Develop repeatable processes and enablement materials to support CSMs in driving technical conversations and identifying opportunities.
• Guide customers through the final technical steps of adopting new connectors or increasing usage, ensuring seamless integration.

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years in data replication, sales engineering, customer success, or a related technical field
• Strong technical background in database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies
• Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses and BI tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases
• Hands-on experience with data replication or ETL tools
• Familiarity with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure
• Networking experience both in the cloud and on-premise
