Job summary

Winn-Marion is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Bakken Basin, covering Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota. You will work directly with customers to improve the safety, reliability and efficiency of industrial operations through consultative engineering and hands-on problem solving.

This role emphasizes technical expertise and relationship building rather than high-pressure sales, with a base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits.
