  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently and driving results.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Job description

SLB is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This position serves as the primary commercial contact for key accounts while providing market intelligence, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and expanding the company's presence.

We are looking for someone who combines strong business development skills with technical expertise in elastomer and molded product applications. The successful candidate will combine strong technical aptitude with a proactive sales approach, independently pursuing new business, navigating complex customer organizations, and building relationships at multiple levels. This role offers a dynamic environment where each opportunity requires customized solutions rather than transactional product sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience.
