  • Proven experience in solution design and technical consulting for enterprise customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using Zendesk and technical documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, etc.)
  • Familiarity with first-party locking solutions (e.g., Samsung Knox Guard, Google DLC)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with international partners and vendors
