  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and product developments. Maintain enthusiasm for our entire product range and effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with operations to address customer service needs promptly and efficiently. Maintain open communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Review job performance, execution, and past production data. Provide valuable feedback to the company on customer needs, market trends, competition, and technological advancements.

  • Deadline-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
