Working within the Sales Effectiveness Department, the Specialist provides a blended-learning approach that helps reps ramp faster and stay current in a fast-growing & changing environment. This position requires effective project management skills, strong instructional design capability, content development expertise, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. This individual will need to remain agile to meet the changing needs of our rapidly growing team.

  • Partner with Sales Leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to align content with field expectations.
  • Coordinate logistics, presenter communications, content updates, and printed materials.
  • LMS & Learning Hub Ownership (Ace Learning Place): Own the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of sales enablement content within the Ace Learning Place (ALP) LMS. This includes building courses, learning paths, and curricula, ensuring content accuracy, usability, and alignment with role-based learning journeys.

  • Curriculum & Learning Plan Development: Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, and SMEs to build role-based learning journeys, curricula, certifications, and reinforcement programs that strengthen sales skills and field performance.
  • Measurement, Feedback, & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain surveys, assessments, and reporting to evaluate learning effectiveness and engagement. Analyze learning data, content consumption and feedback to identify trends, recommend content enhancements, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
