Job summary

Atlassian offers a flexible work model where employees can work in the office, from home, or in a hybrid setup. The Sales Enablement Specialist will own and scale onboarding programs, content libraries, and enablement playbooks to support AE/SDR teams in the United States and beyond.

Key duties include content creation, session coordination, and reporting on adoption and outcomes, with collaboration across PMM, Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive successful GTM launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enablement.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and administer onboarding content, learning paths, schedules, checklists, and certifications.
• Facilitate foundational onboarding sessions, role plays, and recurring skills training.
• Own program logistics: calendar management, invitations, attendance, recordings, communications, assessments, and follow-up.
• Maintain onboarding hub, enablement content library, Confluence resources, and Gong library.
• Create and update playbooks, job aids, battle cards, learner guides, training decks, and just-in-time resources.
• Coordinate the monthly GTM enablement cadence with PMM, Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Gather participant and manager feedback; report on completion, attendance, certification, adoption, and content usage.
• Support GTM and product launches with learner-facing materials, session coordination, and reinforcement.
• Build and operate the SDR enablement program once the shared AE foundation is in place.
• Support other priority enablement initiatives as business needs arise.

As DX’s Sales Enablement Specialist, you will own the delivery engine that makes programs repeatable, usable, and scalable.

Primary responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and administer AE and SDR onboarding content, learning paths, schedules, checklists, and certifications

Pay Ranges

In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $132,300 - $172,725

Zone B: $119,700 - $156,275

Zone C: $110,700 - $144,525
