What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of sales enablement programs, including training curriculum and sales tools aligned with revenue objectives

- 3+ years of professional experience in sales, sales enablement, corporate training, or sales operations

- Proficiency in content creation and enablement tools, including PowerPoint and e-learning authoring tools
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and implement scalable solutions in complex environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in B2B software, technology, or healthcare technology industry
- Professional certifications in training, instructional design, or project management
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale
