Job Summary

As our company grows, a Sales Enablement Specialist – Marketing Liaison role is proposed to enhance collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams (creative, social, business development) and external agencies, this position would drive seamless execution of initiatives, while fostering brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

This role provides a long-term opportunity to align sales and marketing efforts while ensuring that both internal teams and external partners benefit from streamlined communication, tailored solutions, and actionable strategies.

Key Contributions

  • Build relationships with brokers, retailers, affinity organizations, and non-B2B partners to fuel growth and visibility.
  • Develop a structured customer journey to improve communication, engagement, and retention.
  • Strengthen alignment with IPG’s Marketing & Customer Growth target operating model.

Key Responsibilities

Tradeshow & Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute tradeshows, manage booth design, and create promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on networking strategies, email campaigns, and social media promotion.
  • Set measurable event KPIs and refine ROI through post-event analysis.

Customer Journey Development

  • Develop communication frameworks for customer touchpoints.
  • Address gaps in retention strategies and implement solutions to enhance engagement.

Strategic Sales Support

  • Design tailored marketing collateral for large accounts.
  • Support high-value client presentations and ensure premium service through custom marketing solutions.

Project Management

  • Lead smaller marketing projects, ensuring timelines and goals align with business objectives.

Compliance Support & Process Optimization

  • Streamline compliance approval workflows and ensure marketing materials meet regulatory standards.

Brandfolder & Collateral Support

  • Maintain brand consistency across assets.
  • Partner with sales to create resources supporting customer engagement from acquisition to renewal.
