Sales Enablement Program Manager, ALM

Location: Remote, USA

Day-To-Day:

  1. Lead cross-functional/cross-regional enablement projects to develop and deliver engaging and effective sales training assets and curriculums focusing on our ALM/Codebeamer solutions.
  2. Establish partnerships with Segment groups and the corporate ecosystem to secure essential subject matter expert (SME) and delivery resources.
  3. Master content from subject matter experts (SMEs) and defined sources to organize it in a way that reflects an understanding of the product/program to be supported.
  4. Develop identified training assets and sessions (courseware, webcasts, job aids, live delivery, etc.), utilizing appropriate source subject matter experts.
  5. Leverage data to provide actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
  6. Participate in the design, development, and delivery of a robust onboarding program that accelerates new hire productivity and integration, with a focus on accountability.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
  2. Ability to understand complex systems and tools and translate them into simplified content for sellers.
  3. Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and workflows in enterprise sales environments.
  4. Public speaking/presentation experience.
  5. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  6. Creative problem solver who not only can identify the challenge but suggests a solution.
  7. Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools and platforms including LMS, CMS, authoring tools, etc.
  8. Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  9. Strong project management skills defining key performance indicators and managing dependencies and risks.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Experience in a global or multi-national organization.
  2. Designing engaging and impactful sales content and training programs at scale.
  3. Knowledge of PTC solutions and/or the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales enablement.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $130,000 - $150,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus. Additionally, every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of PTC’s benefits programs, employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave policies, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and a generous commuter subsidy.
