What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and execute enablement programs that enhance sales effectiveness and help sellers meet their targets
- Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences throughout the sales process, from onboarding to full ramp
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other departments to align enablement initiatives with business objectives
- Design and manage high-impact training content, including onboarding and skills development
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Sales, Sales Enablement, or a related field, supporting B2B SaaS sales teams
- Proven track record of designing and executing enablement programs that yield measurable business results
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and methodologies
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and sales enablement platforms
- Strong analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making and process improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with sales intelligence tools such as Gong and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Familiarity with competitive insights and value-based selling methodologies
- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative learning environment
