What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences throughout the sales process, from onboarding to full ramp
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other departments to align enablement initiatives with business objectives
  • Design and manage high-impact training content, including onboarding and skills development
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Sales, Sales Enablement, or a related field, supporting B2B SaaS sales teams
  • Proven track record of designing and executing enablement programs that yield measurable business results

  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and sales enablement platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making and process improvement
