The Agent Software & Advertising (ASA) organization at Zillow helps real estate professionals grow their business through marketing, sales, and productivity solutions, including our Zillow Pro platform and Premier Agent buyer leads. Within that organization, the Sales Enablement team serves as a force multiplier for sales and customer success. Our mission is to elevate and empower all frontline ASA reps and managers through high-impact enablement, learning experiences, and coaching that drive measurable business outcomes.
Working alongside cross-functional partners and the wider enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager translates core business objectives into clearly defined and seamlessly executed enablement programs. This role manages the operational lifecycle of enablement programs—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through to execution—ensuring initiatives proceed smoothly while staying on track to meet established goals and outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges enablement, cross-functional partners, and agent teams, requiring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a genuine curiosity about what makes sales and success teams perform.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $90,900.00 - $145,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $86,300.00 - $137,900.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
