Job description

Ready to be a Titan? This Sales Enablement Manager is a strategic orchestration role serving major GTM initiatives across our Upsell and Fintech organization This role will own enablement strategy across high-priority, cross-functional initiatives in addition to day‑to‑day enablement deliverables, including onboarding content, training sessions, and stakeholder communications. This role is measured on the standard enablement fundamentals — scorecard-driven coaching and performance improvement for the team it supports — and, just as heavily, on how well it orchestrates change across the Upsell functions: product releases, pricing and process changes, and system changes that ripple across Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, RevOps, Post‑Sales, Demand Gen, and Upsell leadership. Rollout success itself counts as performance here — the effectiveness and impact of a change to the function, not just that it shipped. The person in this seat runs the intake, prioritization, and enablement planning process for these initiatives (including the weekly Enablement Planning forum with business partners), decides what level of enablement effort a given change warrants, and makes sure the right stakeholders are aligned before, during, and after rollout.

What you’ll do
  • Initiative orchestration & strategy
  • Own intake, prioritization, and sequencing for high-priority Upsell initiatives — product releases, pricing/process changes, and system changes — using an impact-tiering framework (major/minor/minimal) to determine the right level of enablement effort for each.
  • Facilitate the recurring enablement planning forum with Upsell business partners (Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, RevOps, Post‑Sales, Demand Gen, Sales/Engineering) to align on upcoming changes, timelines, and success criteria before rollout.
  • Build and maintain enablement plans for Tier 1 initiatives: problem, solution, success criteria, timeline, and stakeholder alignment, documented for reference.
  • Process & product change management: Translate product releases and process changes into what IC’s and managers need to know, do differently, and be measured on — then build the training, documentation, and communications to get them there.
  • Own change management and internal communications strategy for the function, based on the actual level of change management impact.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to shape go‑to‑market requirements and adoption programs from an enablement lens, not just react to them after launch.
  • Training delivery & content creation: Build thoughtful, effective enablement content — training materials, playbooks, aids — not just orchestrate who else builds it, partnering with functional SMEs and stakeholders on subject‑matter accuracy.
  • Deliver training directly for high-priority initiatives when it's the right vehicle (instructor‑led sessions, working sessions with subject matter experts & managers), rather than handing delivery off entirely to stakeholders.
  • Cross‑functional partnership: Serve as the enablement point of contact for Upsell leadership, GTM, Post Sales Functions, Fintech sellers, and product/revenue leaders on anything that touches how Upsell teams sell or operate.
  • Represent enablement's perspective in cross‑functional planning so initiatives land with the right sequencing, training, and change management — not enablement as an afterthought.
  • Performance & measurement: Track adoption and effectiveness of major initiatives against the Upsell scorecard (readiness, adoption, effectiveness) and flag gaps or risks honestly rather than after the fact.
  • Continuously refine the intake and tiering process itself based on what did and didn’t work on past rollouts.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven enablement experience, with demonstrated impact on business outcomes in a high‑growth, fast‑changing organization.
  • Deep knowledge of the home services industry and ServiceTitan's product, platform, and customer base — able to speak credibly to what ServiceTitan sell and who they sell to.
  • Sales or account management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or post‑sales motion, in addition to enablement experience.
  • BA/BS degree and 4-6+ years of related experience in enablement, training, or GTM program management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, cross‑functional initiatives — running intake, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment without a lot of oversight.
  • Strong track record building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales/Account Management leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate product and process change into clear, action‑oriented enablement for frontline teams and managers.
  • Ability to prioritize and sequence competing high‑priority initiatives in a fast‑paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Proficiency with CRMs, LMS platforms, eLearning software, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in people management or a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others without direct authority.
