Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Sales Enablement Director to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our sales training initiatives for North America. You will partner with sales, leadership, pre-sales, Sales Ops, Partners and Alliances, and Integration Centers to drive productivity.

You will own onboarding programs, create impactful content, and manage rotations to ensure associates are ready to drive value. A strong track record in sales enablement and training is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 8+ years of work experience in Direct Sales and Sales Enablement of technology products and services.
  • Experience creating end-to-end onboarding and sales training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and measurement of the Sales Associate program.
  • Develop content and programs for new Sales Associates to enable value-based selling.
  • Own onboarding and learning programs, including courseware, mentorship, and instructor-led training.
  • Plan rotations across key business areas to ensure associates are role ready.
  • Provide updates to sector directors and executives on progress.
  • Give feedback to associates on progress and assessments.
  • Develop and manage the inside sales program and teach full quote-to-cash processes.
  • Effectively manage the training budget.
  • Regularly review the program and implement improvements to align with strategy.

About The Role

The Sales Enablement Director is accountable for developing and optimizing the Computacenter sales organization’s training and development program through the strategy, design, and successful execution of sales training initiatives. He/she will build close working relationships with sales, executive leadership, the pre‑sales engineering organization, Sales Operations team, Partners and Alliances team and the Integration Centers to ensure strategic alignment across all functions and to drive sales productivity for Computacenter North America.

$200K USD base + $150k bonus

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the strategy, development, and measurement of our Sales Associate program to develop and optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for development of high‑performing Account Executives.
  • Develop content and programs that focus on new Sales Associates to develop value‑based and strategic selling capabilities for the sales organization.
  • Own all aspects of sales onboarding and learning programs for Sales Associates, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling, coordination, creation, and deployment or delivery of courseware, mentorship programs, and instructor‑led sales training events.
  • Plan and manage the program rotations around the key business areas that are required for the Associates to be role ready and help to shape the agenda and outcome of each rotation to ensure they add value to both the Associates and the hosting department.
  • Providing updates to the Sector Directors, executive sales leaders, mentors and other key stakeholders on the Associates progress throughout the program.
  • Provide feedback to Sales Associates on their progress during the program, on the rotations, and assessments throughout
  • Develop and manage the inside sales program and assess the capabilities of the Sales Associates as they sell to customers and learn the full "quote to cash" product sales processes and procedures.
  • Effectively manage the training budget
  • Carrying out regular reviews of the program from associates and key stakeholder and implementing improvements to ensure the program is in line with organizational strategy and the requirements of the role.
What you have
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent, with a proven history of making an impact and driving successful business outcomes.
  • 8+ years of work experience - including some combination of Direct Sales and Sales Enablement of technology products and services, and Sales Training experience
  • Experience creating end to end Onboarding and Sales training programs highly preferred. Some business travel will be required.
  • Extensive knowledge and a desire to stay ahead of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion while being highly organized, and skilled at project management.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strategic, data‑driven thinker. A good fit for the job should be able to use metrics and observation to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness.
