SUMMARY:

The Customer and Sales Enablement Analyst II will serve as primary support for the Sales Enablement function across all lines of business ensuring accurate data, reporting, guidance, and training to users when appropriate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitates a One WesBanco Customer and Sales enablement culture throughout all interactions.

Leverages current Customer and Sales enablement technology to track activity and monitor results, escalating as appropriate.

Serves as primary first-line Customer and Sales enablement representative to mitigate issues on behalf of employees and customers related to sales activities.

Maintains monthly reporting efforts across, providing detail to line of business leadership as appropriate.

Assists leadership with any other Sales or Customer Enablement activities as needed.

Applies business knowledge and marketplace to advance organization’s One WesBanco goals.

Makes sense of complex and sometimes contradictory data to effectively solve enablement issues.

Anticipates and adopts innovations across the enablement field to better support WesBanco customers and employees.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Working knowledge of the CRM Systems and Platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all employees.

Ability to solve practical and creative problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in

situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The wage range for the Sales Enablement/CRM Analyst position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. The position includes 22 days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays and 1 float holiday.
